Great post! I think time management is one of the biggest problems people face when it comes to jumping into social media. 

I don&#039;t know what I would do without my google reader or Hootsuite dashboard. They are huge time savers and make my life way easier.

I also really like Converse by Socialize Your Cause (http://bit.ly/smconverse) it allows me to schedule out a majority of the social media campaigns I am running for clients ahead of time to a huge number of social media sites. With the time saved using converse I can spend it really digging in and engaging with prospective clients and customers.

Sticking to a daily routine is also key. I like to use the http://e.ggtimer.com/ to keep me aware of the time spent on any one site.
